The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional - not only did they provide airport pick-up with police security, but they also helped me find a lost earring, showcasing their genuine care for guests. the rooms were impeccably clean with cozy Nubian style decor, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay in the desert heat. the terrace offered stunning views of the temple, adding a magical touch to my experience every morning. the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious, making dining a joy. Tuya hotel truly stands out as a gem in Abu Simbel, offering great value for a memorable stay amidst ancient wonders.
